Layathraa Kandy policies allow check-in from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with check-out between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. The minimum check-in age is 18, and children older than 10 are welcome. Cots or extra beds cannot be added to a room, so the existing double or triple bedding needs to suit the reservation. Pets are allowed on request without an additional pet charge, while smoking is prohibited. Quiet hours run from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Major cards and cash are accepted. Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary by accommodation type, and the property also requires a refundable damage deposit under its current policies. Exact deposit handling should be reviewed with the booking conditions rather than treated as a general amenity.
